Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
 


Primochill.com offers products for computer enthusiasts. Primochill.com is NOT responsible for your CPU or other hardware or bodily harm. By purchasing this product you accept all liabilities involved in using it. Primochill.com is not liable for any consequential damages. Consequential damages are defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss). All use of our products is at your own risk. You agree that the sole exclusive maximum liability to Primochill.com arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Primochill.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. You agree that Primochill.com, its officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operations, content or use of Primochill.com damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Sales Taxes


Primochill.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Mexico. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
 


Product Availability, pre-orders and backorders.
 


In order to provide our customers a variety of products at affordable prices, several of our items for sale are drop shipped from a different location. When ordering any item, you assume the risk that the item may or may not be in stock and ready to ship at that moment in time. Although we attempt to get the items to you as efficiently and timely as possible, we are sometimes at the mercy of our vendors and cannot avoid some delays. We also attempt to update items with a status of "on backorder" whenever we are notified in advance by our vendors. Please see prepayment policy regarding all orders including backorders.

Prepayment of all Orders


Because several of our items for sale our considered custom, rare, or "hot" items, we require all orders to be prepaid ahead of time. This INCLUDES items on backorder, preorders, parts, and/or custom modifications. Prepayment is not a guarantee that your item is in stock or readily available. However, if the item's estimated time of arrival is unknown or excessive, we will be happy to issue you a in store credit or a refund minus a 15% restock fee.

Right to refuse any customer.
 


Primochill.com reserves the right to refuse any customer at our discretion. We respect our customers and expect the same in return. We will not tolerate rude, abusive, or foul language of any kind. We are here to serve our customers and to hear any complaints, comments, suggestions, compliments, etc as long as they are expressed in an adult and civilized manner.


Exchange and Cancellation Policy
 


Primochill.com may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with Primochill.com exchange policies in effect on the date of exchange. This only applies to orders placed with Primochill.com. Any cancellation on orders must be PHONED in at 888-333-4942 before 3PM MST of the same business day the order was placed. Because most orders are shipped out same day, we cannot guarantee that the order has not been shipped already. Any cancellation after the package has been ordered from our vendor, shipped or packed is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges if item has been shipped.

Security
 


Our site uses ThaWte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our site. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information.

Typographical Errors
 


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Primochill.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical errors, even if an invoice was issued in error. Primochill.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Primochill.com shall immediately issue a credit to you, in the amount of the charge.

Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process. We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by the customer, or are required by law. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance. Customer Support


Customer support is our #1 priority. No  matter what the question or concern, you can expect an  answer in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. We  pride ourselves in responding to all questions or concerns.  However, due to the large volume of phone calls, we suggest  using our new support center for all contact to us. The  support  center is a much quicker way for us to respond to you  with the proper answers in a timely matter. Warranty Information


All merchandise purchased from Primochill.com carries a 30 day warranty. We do not offer refunds/returns or exchanges on ANY custom parts, custom cases and/or labor. All items purchased from Primochill.com carry a 30 day replacement for manufacturer defects; this includes EVERY item on the site. NO EXCEPTIONS. Some items still might have an extended manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer regarding the return of these items. Not all products are compatible, therefore we cannot guarantee compatibility. Please contact us for questions regarding product compatibility.  

Manufacturer Warranty
 


Some items purchased from Primochill.com may have extended manufacturers warranties. Please contact the manufacturer for questions concerning the warranty. Any items removed from their original housing will automatically void the warranty of that item.  

Warranty Replacements

Items that are issued an RMA number within the first 30 days will be replaced or repaired at no charge. You are responsible for freight charges to Primochill.com. Once the product has been evaluated and the product is found to be faulty, Primochill.com will ship out a replacement part to you, at no additional cost. Warranty is void if a product has been tampered with. Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void warranty items
 
Returns
 


-Items CANNOT be returned after 30 days.

-All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.

-No refunds or returns on Modded cases, modded power supplies, or custom windows, anything that is cut to length (i.e. tubing, sleeving, molding etc). All sales are final.

-No refunds or returns on water cooled cases or parts. All sales are final.


Damaged Items
 


All FEDEX packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by phone 888-333-4942. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for seven days with original packaging for FEDEX inspection.

 

DOA
 


Any product found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) will be replaced within 10 business days, as long as the item is in stock, and is still an inventoried item. All DOA items must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of receiving your product. An RMA number is required. See RMA policies for further information. Qualified technicians will test and determine all DOA’s before issuing a replacement.


SID
 


Any product found to be Self Inflicted Damage (SID) will not be replaced. This covers all or any products that are misused, in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for safety and use. All items purchased at Primochill.com are to be used at your own risk. When used properly, all of our products are absolutely safe. Damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if a product is used improperly. Primochill.com assumes no liability whatsoever, expressed or implied for the use of these products. See liability policies for further information. 

RMA Request


Visit our support center and open a support ticket. We ask that all RMAs be requested online for maximum efficiency.
