This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the entity named on the invoice (“PrimoChill.com “) that will be provided to you (“Customer”) on orders for advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or related products sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of the advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or other products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in sole discretion of PrimoChill.com

PrimoChill.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to PrimoChill.com its operations, content, information, or materials. PrimoChill.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the site or its use, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that PrimoChill.com , its officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of PrimoChill.com You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

PrimoChill.com will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered.

PrimoChill.com does not process orders during weekends. See Shipping Policy for more info.

All items purchased at PrimoChill.com are to be used at your own risk.

When used properly, all PrimoChill.com products are absolutely safe.

Damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if a product is used improperly. PrimoChill.com assumes no liability whatsoever, expressed or implied for the use of these products.

We do not guarantee compatibility. Not all products are compatible.

On all liquid cooling, sleeved items, custom modified products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted. Defective items will be replaced. Any modifications (such as sleeving, installation of items, etc) may void the warranty of an item. If you are unsure if a modification will void a warranty on an item, please contact our offices to find out. See Return Policies for more info.

Please Note: For security purposes, orders totaling five hundred dollars or more, may require some forms of identification before processing.

We reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders at any time or request payment in advance through money order or certified bank check.

PrimoChill reserves the right to package items in any way it sees fit, to ensure that the items are shipped safely and efficiently.

International Customers:

Customers are responsible for all import fees associated with order delivery.

All Shipping Carriers will charge you import fees (Duty, Tax, Customs, Brokerage, PST, and/or Duty Disbursement) .Upon delivery of your shipment you will be required to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment. Please keep this in mind during checkout. Due to the fact that these are government fees PrimoChill.com cannot waive or refund these fees. If you refuse to pay these fess, Primochill.com will not refund your order.

Please research your country's fees before placing an order.

Return Policy

PrimoChill.com will not assess a restocking fee for defective products. If a customer is misleading about the defect and evidence of incorrect install/use or tampering has occurred, the return my denied and a higher restock fee may be assessed or the return may be completely denied. 

 

A qualified PrimoChill.com technician will test each returned product for defects. 

We understand that mistakes are made when purchasing products. We just ask that you make sure when you place your order that you have educated yourself on the products and realize before you finalize your order that changes or cancellations will result in fees.  

All returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags – we will not accept the item or we may charge more than the normal 20% restock fee.

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of liquid cooling items, we can only offer repair or replacement for the same item in the event of a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept opened item returns on these products, so make sure to always check compatibility and measurements before purchasing, as all sales are final once the item has been opened or original packaging is altered/discarded. This would require all factory seals to be intact on external and internal packaging. We offer measurements in the specifications tab on most product pages to assist in purchasing the correct products for your needs. We specifically do this so that there is never a need for you to remove them from the package to see if they will fit.

The majority of liquid cooling items are made with materials extremely prone to tarnishing and scratching and we need to ensure to each customer that they are receiving new, untouched products as we do not sell any used or open box items on our site unless specifically stated. Open cooling fluids and liquids are not allowed back due to the nature of the products and their fragility during shipping.

Customized products such as reservoirs with pumps installed are considered a custom item and cannot be returned. Unopened, still-sealed liquid cooling products are subject to inspection and returnable for store credit only.

All returns on liquid cooling products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order due to the ever-changing landscape of hardware these products cool.

 

All Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee, there is NO exceptions.

 

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. We strongly recommend using a courier that provides proof of delivery, insurance and tracking numbers. PrimoChill.com will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.  Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized PrimoChill.com employee.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products/returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer.

If a return label is provided the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost to PrimoChill.com. This cost will be subtracted from the total return amount. Before returning a product/order you must receive a RMA number.  RMA's are only given in our support center so please visit support.primochill.com before sending back any products.

 

 

 

PrimoChill.com will issue a store credit in most cases. Credits are given in the form of Gift Cards. The Gift Card can be entered on the check-out screen when you are ready to use it.

 

Store credits are valid for One (1) year from the date of issue.

Shipping Policy

All packages are fully insured.

If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 7 business days.

Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for courier inspection.

In the event an incorrect item is shipped in your order, the correct item / replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order.

Privacy Policy

PrimoChill.com knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust.

PrimoChill.com takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.

PrimoChill.com incorporates the latest technology for securing your user information in transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL encrypts all the information you input and send to us.

PrimoChill.com does not reveal any credit card information and your credit card information is not stored after submission to our payment gateway provider.

When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. Our order system has numerous checks and balances designed to stop and prevent fraudulent orders from passing through so we ask customers ordering through our website to please make sure to have your credit card has both your shipping and billing addresses listed on file!

We here at PrimoChill.com understand that shipping and billing is NOT always possible or convenient but if such arrangements need to be made, we will need the toll-free number to card holder’s services on the back of your credit card to verify billing address as well as your full name. The last four digits of your social security number for security purposes as well.

Please read our Shipping Policies Domestic and International. We take fraud very seriously and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. We have caught fraudulent credit cards before and we will continue to catch them as our system is designed to flag even the most remotely suspicious orders.

We strongly suggest you do NOT try to fraud us as Internet/Mail Order fraud and credit card theft may seem simple but are very serious crimes.

Warranties

All PrimoChill products come with a 1 year limited* warranty.

*Vue Coolants do not have any warranty as they are considered a SHOW COOLANT.  Meaning that they are meant for using for system photographs are very sensitive to the loop that they are put into a
