I purchased four PrimoChill Eximo SX Modular 480SL radiators for about $600, including shipping. While inspecting them, I found bent fins on one radiator and missing screws on another. Despite these quality-control issues, the damage is minor and will not delay my build.

Good product looks good only issue is threads on radiators has the coating on them had to clean the treads before screws would go in to be able to mount fans

Granted this review is bias as I made the mistake buying it when it was clearly labeled for a specific card, but if you don't read the exact specs, its still very easy to walk away thinking it should fit other 4070 cards. Very frustrating.
So far so good its been a month or so and it runs great and decently quiet. The mounting system or base plate is very convenient and easy to use
the instructions were straight forward for power and it's led.
for restart, it's 2/4 pins.
looks great in any use cases.
