Description

The PrimoChill Pressure Check Valve serves as a stop fitting designed to release trapped air when pressure accumulates in your system. By placing this valve on the highest point of your reservoir or another strategic location in your system, it effectively vents air and alleviates any pressure build-up. Installing this pressure check valve will greatly assist in eliminating air locks within your loop and simplifying the priming (filling) process of your system.

Warnings

If no air is present below the check valve, fluid can also escape when pressure rises. Ensure there are no sensitive items directly below the installation point. Over tightening can cause stripping of the threads.

It is very sharp looking being that I got it in white. I haven't finished the loop yet. I am hard piping it. Looks to be functional. It would not set completely on top of the PrimoChill reservoir I have, wouldn't engage the rubber seal. Support suggested I get a Bykski 7.5 extension. So at 10 more dollars plus shipping both pieces now engage the rubber seal. I will continue to buy from PrimoChill but just not fittings anymore.

Pressure Check Valve

I think it is a great idea to include especially with a D5 pump. Love the ferrule type fittings too. Last build included a flow meter and the lines flex much less than traditional o-ring connections would!

Quality work like always. I don't mind paying extra for American made quality and for the best customer service. Just wish you made your own monoblocks and gpu blocks. I don't want to purchase from EK anymore
