About this part

Are you constantly trying to deburr your rigid tube by hand? Stop hand cranking that cheap plastic reamer! The PrimoChill RFB (Rigid Finishing Bit) is a standard size drill bit with the power to save you time and energy while giving a perfectly finished tubing end. The RFB can be used at mid to low RPM to smooth out the end of your tube with no effort. Crank up the RPMs and you can customize the length of the tube as well. This functionality allows you to rough cut your rigid tube and then fine tune it to the perfect length with clean ends. Custom fitting your rigid tube is now so much easier!

Comparing the red debur hand tool to this guy is like comparing my knees to a Ferrari engine. This primochill denier/ream tool is used on all my WC builds. It should be a required tool in the box, it’s that good.

The only tool for the job

Used this to finish my acrylic tubes to length. It’s simultaneously perfect for fine-tuning length and also for removing 4” of extra tubing easily (as opposed to using a saw)

Before you install it

This is a component, not an assembly — how it goes in depends on the loop it is joining. What does not change is the last step: leak test before power. Run the pump on a bench supply with the rest of the system unpowered. 24 hours is the standard, an hour is the minimum.

Custom water cooling is installed by you, at your own risk. We are not responsible for leaks, or for damage to your parts or system. If you're unsure at any step, ask before you power the loop.
