A lot has changed in the water cooling industry since than, but one thing has stayed the same and it is our drive to make products better and easier to use as well to maintain.
Primochill PrimoPrep™ was developed to address some of the most common issues that plague the computer water cooling industry. The mixes of metals in water cooling, from nickel plating to raw cooper and everything in between has always made some coolants not as reliable and simple to use.
PrimoPrep's unique formulation pre-treats your cooling loop to ensure compatibility with today high performance coolants as well as those incredible "Showcase Coolants". The pre-treatment helps control the fluctuation of the PH levels in your system caused by high levels of copper mostly from large capacity radiators. With this treatment it also prepares the system for use of coolants in a mix metal closed loop environment leaving the guesswork a thing of the past.

CompatibilityPrimoPrep is 100% compatible with PETG and flexible tubing of all sizes. It is safe to use on rubber, plastics and acrylics so rest assured all your seals, o-rings, reservoirs and such are all safe!
For this pre-treatment to work correctly and last following the instructions below is VERY IMPORTANT.
Step 1: Install your cooling loop and double-check connections to ensure loop is “closed”. No Leaks!
Step 2: Mix 2oz PrimoPrep bottle with 32oz of distilled or DI water. Depending on the size of your system you may need more than one 32oz bottle. Diluting this mixture will cause the pre-treatment to be less effective. So please only mix the 2oz bottle with 32oz of water and than use that "Treated Water".
Step 3: Fill your system entirely full with the "Treated Water", do this slowly to avoid spillage and creating air pockets.
Step 4: Once filled with the "Treated Water" please turn on the system or your pump and let run for a minimum of 72hrs (3 days). Running less than 72 hrs will make the treatment less effective. You may use the pc while this treatment is being circulated, so game on.
Step 5: After 72 hrs please drain the "Treated Water" and dispose. PrimoPrep can be safely disposed in your kitchen sink and/or any other drain
Step 6: Fill you loop backup with di or distilled water and thoroughly flush your system till water till it runs clean. Inspect drained water for debris or foreign particles. Dispose of drained water. Repeat flush if needed.
Step 7: Fill with your favorite PrimoChill coolant.

Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out every order same day if the order is placed by 2:00pm MST. If not, the order will ship out the next business day.
We ship via UPS, USPS and Fed Ex . For international orders we ship via Fed Ex and DHL.
Air shipments will be delivered on the normal business day scheduling provided via the selected carrier. Unfortunately we are not able to ship out orders for specific Saturday deliveries. During peak season carriers suspend their delivery guarantees.
If your package is marked delivered and not received, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further assistance.
For no reason do we refund the outbound shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping products/orders back to PrimoChill.com.
Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery. PrimoChill.com is not responsible for return items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized PrimoChill.com employee.
Damaged Items: All packages are fully insured at no additional charge.
If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for carrier inspection. All packaging and packing materials must be kept for this inspection.
If a shipped order is refused or returned undelivered there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee, a $12.00 Service Fee and no refund on the shipping cost.
Products returned for credit must be received within 20 days of invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags – a higher restock fee may apply upwards of 50%. Products that have had fluid ran through them are subject to these higher restock fees.
If a customer is misleading about the defect and evidence of incorrect install/use or tampering has occurred, the return my denied and a higher restock fee may be assessed or the return may be completely denied. A qualified PrimoChill.com technician will test each returned product for defects.
PrimoChill.com will not assess a restocking fee for defective products.
Any and all orders over $100.00USD that are cancelled will have a 10% restock fee assessed, unless an in-store credit is issued for future purchases, then the restock fee is waived.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded this includes B-Stock products.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number provided from email@example.com.
