PrimoChill
Custom watercooling since 2002, from Boise, Idaho. We design our own fittings, tubing, reservoirs and coolant, and stock the parts a custom loop needs around them.
Where it started
PrimoChill started in a garage in 2002. PrimoFlex tubing came first, in 2003, followed by PC ICE coolant in 2005, the Ghost compression fitting in 2008 and the CTR reservoir in 2012. Revolver SX fittings arrived in 2013, Advanced LRT tubing in 2014, the Wetbench test bench in 2016 and the TRUE coolant line the same year.

PrimoChill fittings, hard and soft tubing, reservoirs, coolant and bending tools, plus Bykski and Granzon water blocks for GPUs and CPUs, radiators, pumps and AIO kits.
Our Boise team answers compatibility questions and handles returns and warranty claims.
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM MST ship the same business day.

Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days and are easy to start in the support center. Unopened items can be returned for store credit with no restocking fee; other returns carry a restocking fee, higher for items that have been installed or used. Every purchase carries a 1-year warranty covering defects, and every claim is handled directly by our support team.
