PrimoChill True Transparent is a dependable, concentrated coolant from a leading name in PC water-cooling fluids. Available in clear and transparent versions, it’s designed to reduce buildup and residue, helping blocks, radiators, and tubing remain cleaner when used as directed. It delivers strong heat transfer, keeping your cooling loop cool and effective. It also provides complete protection for mixed-metal custom water-cooling systems, but should not be used with aluminum parts.

Never received

I never received it. That being said, I don't believe it was primochill's fault. I think it was the USPS. It said it arrived a few days early, I checked the mail didn't see it, but our mailbox was full. Thought maybe because our mailbox had a couple other packages they would deliver it the next day. But checked every day including the day it was supposed to come and still wasn't there. I actually believe primochill shipped it, I just think either someone found a way to steal it or the mail screwed it up.

Before you install it

This is a component, not an assembly — how it goes in depends on the loop it is joining. What does not change is the last step: leak test before power. Run the pump on a bench supply with the rest of the system unpowered. 24 hours is the standard, an hour is the minimum.

Custom water cooling is installed by you, at your own risk. We are not responsible for leaks, or for damage to your parts or system. If you're unsure at any step, ask before you power the loop.
