The Bykski CPU-3647-SR is an all-metal CPU water cooling block built for 1st and 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors (LGA 3647). Machined for rectangular and square socket configurations, it mounts directly to enterprise server and workstation platforms.

The cold plate uses electroless nickel-plated T2 copper with 46 jet micro-channels cut to 0.3 mm and a thin 0.35 mm base beneath the fins. An all-metal brass and aluminum top provides durability under continuous server operation with standard G1/4 ports.

Warranty is repair or replacement. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. A restocking fee applies to every return, with a higher fee for items that have been installed or used.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.

No instructions are included, the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids.
