The Bykski CPU-4677-SR is a water block for Intel Xeon 6 (LGA 4710) and Intel Xeon Scalable 4th and 5th Gen plus Xeon Max processors on LGA 4677/4710 sockets. Those high core-count chips run flat out for hours, and a server heatsink only moves their heat as far as the chassis fans push air. This block carries that heat off the IHS into your loop instead.

Its nickel-plated T2 copper cold plate has fine micro-channels under a brass and aluminum top.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
