The Bykski CPU-4710-SR delivers direct liquid cooling for Intel Xeon 6 (LGA 4710) and 4th and 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors (LGA 4677).

A 0.35 mm T2 copper baseplate utilizes 0.3 mm jet-type micro-channels to draw heat away from the CPU IHS. The cold plate is finished with 0.001 mm to 0.002 mm electroless nickel plating to resist corrosion, joined to an anodized black aluminum top housing via vacuum brazing for leak-free structural integrity under continuous enterprise server operation.

Warranty is repair or replacement. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. A restocking fee applies to every return, with a higher fee for items that have been installed or used.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.

No instructions are included, the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids.
