The Bykski CPU-7529-SR is a CPU water cooling block built for Intel Xeon 6 processors on the LGA 7529 socket. Machined from brass, aluminum, and T2 copper, the unit features a 0.35 mm thick base plate rated for working pressures up to 6.0 bar.

Heat transfers from the processor IHS through a T2 copper base with 401 W/m-K thermal conductivity. Coolant flows through 65 jet micro-channels measuring 0.3 mm wide across 32,726 mm² of surface area, while electroless nickel plating measuring 0.001 mm to 0.002 mm thick protects against corrosion.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
