The Bykski CPU-RAY-MC-M is a CPU water block for AMD Ryzen 7000 / 8000 / 9000, AMD Ryzen 1000 to 5000, AMD Threadripper PRO 3000WX / 5000WX, AMD Threadripper 3rd Gen, AMD Threadripper 1st / 2nd Gen, AMD EPYC Naples / Rome / Milan (AM5, AM4, SWRX8, STRX4, TR4, SP3). Fitment is decided by the socket and its mounting pattern, not by the CPU model number - any processor in those generations mounts the same way.

The base carries a 0.2mm spray-type micro-channel array, which increases the surface area in contact with the coolant over a plain plate. It is machined from pure copper. Ports are standard G1/4, so it takes any fitting in the catalogue.

• Addressable RGB (RBW) is 5V and works only with addressable RGB components. 12V RGB is not interchangeable and connecting one to the other will cause damage.

Warnings

This is a repair or replacement-only item. Returns are not accepted on compatibility issues. An unused part comes back within 30 days, no questions asked; a part that has been installed and had coolant run through it can still be returned, but a higher restocking fee applies.

Thermal compound goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader. Do not apply thermal pads to the IHS.

Watch the inlet and outlet direction during installation. Fitting the loop backwards reduces heat transfer.

Tighten the mounting screws in a cross pattern, finger tight and no further. Over-tightening can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame.
