The Bykski CPU-RAY-ON-M is a CPU water block engineered for AMD Ryzen and Threadripper processors across AM4, AM5, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8, and SP3 sockets. It features an integrated color LCD screen for real-time temperature monitoring and 5V addressable RGB lighting.

A nickel-plated T2 copper baseplate pairs with a 0.35 mm base thickness and 77 micro-channels to draw heat away from the processor IHS. The PMMA top housing is reinforced by an aluminum armor frame, and standard G1/4 ports connect to custom liquid cooling loops.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
