The Bykski CPU-SP3-SR fits AMD EPYC 7001, 7002 and 7003 and Threadripper 1000, 2000, 3000 and PRO 3000WX / 5000WX processors on the TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8 and SP3 sockets.

Nickel-plated T2 copper cold plate with 60 micro-channels, 0.3 mm wide, on a 0.35 mm base, for a channel area of 23662.4742 mm². Electroless nickel plating is 0.001-0.002 mm thick. The top is all-metal and the block measures 115.40 x 76.00 x 27.00 mm with screws and springs.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
