The Granzon GAM0.1 CPU Water Cooling Block fits AMD Ryzen 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000, and 1000 series processors across AM4, AM3+, and AM3 sockets.

Featuring a pure red copper cold plate with 0.1 mm in manufacturer images jet micro-channels, the block transfers heat directly across the CPU IHS. The CNC-machined aluminum skeleton armor reinforces the clear acrylic top, while integrated 5V Addressable RGB lighting illuminates the coolant path.

Warranty is repair or replacement. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. A restocking fee applies to every return, with a higher fee for items that have been installed or used.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.

No instructions are included, the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids.
