The Granzon GAMS CPU water cooling block fits AMD Ryzen desktop processors from Ryzen 1000 through Ryzen 9000 series (AM4 and AM5). It mounts to standard AMD socket configurations for custom liquid loops.

The pure copper cold plate features 0.3 mm jet micro-channels to draw thermal loads away from the IHS. An anodized aluminum armor frame holds an 8K mirror faceplate with a real-time digital temperature display and integrated 5V addressable RGB lighting.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
