The Bykski CPU-4189-SR is an all-metal CPU water cooling block engineered for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors on socket LGA 4189.

Heat transfers through an electroless nickel-plated T2 copper cold plate featuring a 0.35 mm base thickness and 60 jet micro-channels measuring 0.3 mm wide. The channel array delivers 23,662.47 mm² of fluid contact area. Built for continuous operation, the block features an anodized all-metal brass and aluminum top rated to 6.0 bar working pressure.

Warranty is repair or replacement. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. A restocking fee applies to every return, with a higher fee for items that have been installed or used.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
