The Bykski B-FRD4189-SR-360-V3 is a factory-sealed server liquid CPU cooler built for Intel LGA 4189 processors. The loop arrives pre-assembled, pre-filled, and pre-bled, connecting a 360 mm radiator to a nickel-plated copper cold plate.

Sustained high-core server workloads generate heavy thermal output that saturates standard passive heatsinks. This closed loop transfers heat away from the CPU IHS directly to a 360 mm radiator, venting thermal load out of the chassis to keep system memory and storage drives cool.

Warnings

Warranty is repair or replacement. All returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. An installed or used item comes back at a higher restocking fee.

The loop is sealed, pre-filled and pre-bled: do not open it, modify the tubing or top it up, which can cause a leak or a pump failure. Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader; there are no thermal pads. Tighten the four mounting screws in their numbered order, in a cross pattern, finger tight.
