A 0.35 mm base thickness shortens the conductive path between the IHS and the coolant loop. The jet micro-channel array features 113 channels cut to 0.2 mm fin width, yielding 37,699.052 mm² of heat dissipation area fed through a center G1/4 inlet port.

Warranty is repair or replacement. All returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. An installed or used item comes back at a higher restocking fee.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.

No instructions are included, the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images.
