The Bykski CPU-SR4189-X is a dedicated CPU water cooling block built for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors on socket LGA 4189. It mounts directly to server and workstation motherboards running Ice Lake-SP silicon.

The cooling engine utilizes an electroplated T2 copper cold plate with 54 micro-channels spaced at 0.3 mm and a jet-type flow diversion structure to spread coolant over the die area. A CNC-machined brass top with anti-corrosion electroplating delivers an all-metal build without acrylic components.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
