The Granzon GAIS CPU water block fits Intel 1st through 11th Gen Core and Intel Core X-Series processors across LGA 115x, LGA 1200, LGA 2011, and LGA 2066 sockets.

A 0.3 mm jet micro-channel red copper cold plate draws heat from the CPU IHS into the coolant loop. The CNC-machined aluminum alloy top features an anodic finish, an 8K mirror faceplate, an integrated real-time digital temperature display, and 5V addressable RGB lighting.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
