The Granzon GAM0.1 CPU water cooling block fits AMD Ryzen 1000 through 5000 series processors on AM4 motherboards, as well as AMD FX and Phenom II processors on AM3+ and AM3 sockets.

A pure copper cold plate features a 0.1 mm jet micro-channel array to transfer thermal load from the CPU IHS into the coolant flow. The transparent acrylic top is encased in skeletonized silver aluminum alloy armor, with an integrated 5V addressable RGB lighting strip delivering illumination across the water block.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
